Sharing road safety awareness in schools

Life After volunteers holding a Halifax Foundation for Northern Ireland plaque in front of North West Road Safety Partnership and Life After banners.

How Life After is working with schools and community groups to help young road users stay safe on our roads.

Prevention is at the heart of what we do. Alongside supporting families, Life After works to reduce the number of fatal and serious collisions through education and awareness.

Over recent months, our volunteers have been visiting schools and community groups to talk honestly about road safety — the choices that keep people safe, and the very real impact that a serious collision has on families and communities.

These sessions are age-appropriate and delivered by people with lived experience. If your school or group would like to host a session, we would be glad to discuss what would work best for your audience.
